The "work table" designed for use with lift chairs, recliners or couches!
If you’ve ever tried to eat, write, pay bills, use a laptop, do crafts or work while sitting in an upholstered or recliner chair of any kind, you know that pulling up the usual end table or TV tray just won’t do it. This is the work table you need. The top swivels in perfectly to allow easy access and return -- and it pivots 360° at the touch of a hand.
Place the table on either side of your chair, secure it by positioning table base under chair or sofa leg, and raise tabletop to exactly the height that’s perfect for you. Once in place, it won’t move! This heavy-duty table is designed for the long haul -- comes with limited lifetime warranty.
Use it for just about any tabletop function you can envision -- there’s lots of work space and a built-in magazine rack for added convenience. It can even accommodate seating near a wall. Attractive teakwood grain laminate finish.

Lift Chair Table

This table is very sturdy and easy to operate. As noted in another review, it does not rotate in position smoothly. It makes quite jerky movements. This is zero problem for your laptop, books, writing materials and even a plate of SOLID food. It will cause anything liquid to spill. I have mine positioned OVER a side table next to my chair. Therefore, when consuming beverages or enjoying soup, I place them on the stationary (lower) side table and transfer them to the moving lift chair table once I am seated and have rotated it in front of me.
This is not the easiest thing to put together. It is quite heavy. As a matter of fact, if a lift chair is a necessity for you rather than a convenience, you will need someone else to put it together for you.

I am sad to have to say this because a table like this would be an excellent idea.
I've bought two of these tables because I thought maybe the first one was a fluke and I wanted a table that works like this. So I have spent almost $500.00 and still have a table that has a bad connection from the table to the floor. It comes loose on the floor joint and spills everything on the table when it jerks so bad while moving it.
This happens almost right away and when looking at the connection, I can't find anyway to fix it to get rid of the jerking movement. Now my second table is so loose it is a mess.
I think the manufacturer knows about this problem and should change the way it's made. This is a good idea, but not made to last and hot stuff spills regularly. If nothing else at least a warning.
