I have advanced Inclusion Body Myositis. This gives me independance. We also find it helps with dressing the lower body. It stands safely and comfortably. My dignity is intact. Thank you!!

We installed this lift about 5 years ago! I am so thrilled to report that it still is in use and absolutely NO problems with it! I now live alone and this is the greatest help. I now live alone ... will be 87 soon.

I have sporadic inclusion body myosotis and have trouble getting off chairs and toilets. I put two risers on an Ada height toile and still had trouble getting up.
This seat lifts me up and let's me stand up easily.
I love it.

When we first looked at the toilet seat we said no way too expensive. Now we have used it for 4 years it is worth every penny! At first our daughter used it alone when she could transfer to her wheel chair. Time moved on and our daughter can no longer help herself, we have to lift her to transfer from the wheelchair to the commode. We raise and lower the commode seat to help transfer her back and forth. It really saves our backs. Also , I found it was easier to use the commode seat to help dress the lower half of the body and to pull up under wear and pants, put on socks. She has no control and cannot help. Thank you for this wonder commode seat helps me and helps keep her dignity.

Dignified I'm 83 yrs; Residuals of polio left me with no lifting power. Neptune has changed my fear of using the toilet.
It was well worth buying; Product needs more publicity, more sales might make it lower in price.

My husband has myotonic dystrophy TypeII. He has very little strength in his lower body. I looked all over the Internet for an electric toilet that could lift him up and down. I found two. One would have worked well, but we would have had to place an electric outlet in the toilet bowl room. It was also very hospital looking. Everything said about the Neptune lift in the advertisement is true. It runs on a battery and comes with two, so you never have to worry if the power goes out and it is not necessary to put in an electrical outlet. Since it comes with two batteries, it is always ready to go. We have eleminated the use for diapers and bed pads because my husband is now totally independent when it comes to using the bathrooms. The cost for both models I compared was the same, but the Neptune is much better looking aesthetically. It was worth every penny. An additional benefit is that the Neptune is portable and we were able to bring it to a hotel when we had to move out of the house when our bathroom was remodeled.

My 85 yr old husband was able to install this himself. I am 80 yrs old. This has made me more independent and I am really happy about this! I had bladder surgery several years ago and since am unable to sit to urinate. I have used the other type 'helps' without much help and it is so hard on the wrists and shoulders for us with arthritis. My only wish is that it would be advertised in the U.S. No one around me has ever heard of these. NOT EVEN THE HANDICAP MEDICAL STORES!! :(

This equipment is so worth to have in your home for someone who has a hard time utilizing the standard tiolet risers. My husband who has MD doesn't have a lot of strenghth in his upper arms and this has been a gift from above. Not only so attractive to use but the power mechanism is like a power lift chair. The battery will flash when it needs to be changed out to the second one you recive with this item and it lasts for a long time before the change. Finally seeing a product that not only will work with such ease but that not all ADA tiolets can help a person who is handicap due to everyone's needs are different especially if someone is not in a wheelchair and has a difficult time on low chairs or even tiolets in a low postion or ADA compliant. Wish they make this more widely advertised as it can help so many people facing this dilema. THANK YOU !!!!!
