Once the Manufacturer’s warranty expires, let firstSTREET cover your product with our 7-Year Replacement Guarantee. firstSTREET will replace your product with a new unit if the product fails due to defects in workmanship.

If for any reason you decide to return your product during your 90-day Home Trial period, the Replacement Guarantee will be refunded as well.

Customers who select the merchandise credit option will receive a credit of 110% of the purchase price of the returned product towards the future purchase of any other item from firstSTREET. We send all merchandise credit customers a letter with the details as well as our latest catalog. firstSTREET merchandise credits never expire, and can be redeemed on any of our products at any time.
