What is the return policy for my product?
Most products come with firstSTREET's 90- Day In-Home Trial. The product must be returned within the trial period in order to receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

What is firstSTREET's 90-Day In-Home Trial?
The products on this website are backed by the exclusive firstSTREET Guarantee (unless otherwise noted). Try our products for 90 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 90 days for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling or an in-store credit.

Customers who select the in-store credit option will receive a credit of 120% of the purchase price of the returned product towards the future purchase of any other item from firstSTREET. We send all merchandise credit customers a letter with the details as well as our latest catalog. firstSTREET merchandise credits never expire, and can be redeemed on any of our products at any time.

How long will it take for me to receive my credit?

Once a product is received at our warehouse the credit is usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. The credit may take up to 72 hours to post to your account.
