To save even more energy, photocell technology senses ambient light and turns your Stair Lights on and off automatically, as needed - but there is also an on/off switch that allows you to override the sensor for continuous lighting. A battery backup feature for emergencies lasts up to 12 hours.

The unique, three-beam spotlight design even creates a dramatic showcase for your stairway. All wires are concealed in a track system, which comes in black or white (can also be painted) and is available for hardwood or carpeted stairs. Everything you need to light your first four stairs is in the Stair Lights Kit (including tools) for self-installation. For straight staircases only.
