- Product Replacement – For a nominal $15 replacement fee, your Lively Mobile will be replaced if lost, stolen or broken.

Upon checkout, your phone order will be sent to GreatCall, Inc., the service provider, for finalization. You will be charged $49.99 for the Lively Mobile, a one-time activation fee of $35, and a $10 shipping and handling fee. GreatCall Inc. will ship your Lively Mobile to you within two weeks. The unit will come to you with your account already set up and is easy to activate. After your payment, and after your unit has shipped, GreatCall will charge you for your first month of service plus all applicable taxes. All subsequent monthly payments will be charged by GreatCall, Inc. to the credit card on file each month.
*If you’re not satisfied with your Lively Mobile, we will refund the full price of the phone and the activation fee (or set-up fee) if it is returned within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition. You will be charged a $10 restocking fee. The shipping charges are not refundable.
Fall Detection is an optional feature. Fall Detection may not always accurately detect a fall. Urgent Care, with FONEMED®, is not a substitute for dialing 9-1-1 and should not be used in a case of emergency.
