Games Included:

You can direct the ball and influence speed with the angle of your swing. Just move your arm as though swinging a tennis racket - but you don’t need all the force and exertion of a real tennis swing. |
| Bowling |
Aim the ball using the directional button, and a power bar with a meter will show on the screen. When the power bar gets to the top of the meter, you swing your arm as though throwing a bowling ball - either a straight ball or a power curve. The closer your swing coordinates to the point when the power bar is at the top of the meter, the more accurate the throw and the better your score. |
| Golf |
You select the club for the appropriate distance, aim, and swing your arm in a modified version of an actual golf swing. |
| Baseball |
You are the batter in this game. Will you be a home run king or a strike-out benchwarmer? Just swing your bat at the right time and see. |
| Boxing |
This is so much fun. See the two empty gloves on the screen? You will control those gloves by grasping a control in each hand and punching away. This is an incredible aerobic workout. |
