Within seconds you will hear the reassuring voice of a member of our highly trained monitoring staff through the "whole house" two-way intercom unit attached to your home phone. We check on your status and dispatch your local Emergency Medical Services and/or the needed assistance of a nearby friend, neighbor, or family member. We can even assist emergency providers in gaining access to your home, as long as you have you have given your own personal instructions. And, because no one likes to be alone in an emergency, we maintain voice contact with you until someone arrives!
